Eco Church
As Christians we take seriously our responsibility to care for and nurture our planet and along with many other churches, we have enrolled into the Eco Church project which is managed by ARocha. In December 2023 we were awarded a Silver Eco Church Award by A Rocha UK.

We started in 2019 with a blank canvas based on an old and uncared-for urban site which over the years had been largely forgotten. It’s been a long and exciting journey which you can find out more about by downloading the Holy Trinity – Eco Church Journey here.
The project takes us through five key areas of church life:
-
Worship and teaching
-
Management of church buildings
-
Management of church land
-
Community and global engagement
-
Lifestyle
As an Eco Church we are committed to cutting our carbon emissions, reducing plastic waste, recycling and engaging with the wider community.

Do you share our concerns about the environment and would like to find out more or join us as we care for our gardens, buildings and community? Call or email us and we will get right back to you.

Our initial objective has been to rejuvenate our gardens and make them a place fit for people to enjoy and find quiet amid our busy urban bustle. To provide time and space to sit and contemplate.
